We have a New FPT Castell installed March 2026! ..And continue to invest in new machining technology and training! Unique Tool & Gauge Inc. was established in 1982. Over the years we have become the leaders in quality for the mold making industry. Our facility is equipped with some of the most productive and efficient machines available today. Key Responsibilities: Operate our boring mill and/or high speed CNC machines -- experience with Heidenhain and Fanuc Controls preferred Ability to operate overhead crane to load/remove molds Ability to set up work for machining -- square up, clamps, eyebolts, plates, roughing; experience with Fastmill (FCS) plates an asset Ability to review/edit programs -- Cimatron experience an asset Communicates tooling needs to CNC Manager and Shop Foreman Works efficiently to meet critical deadlines while maintaining quality Qualifications: Previous high speed CNC and/or boring mill experience required Exceptionally well organized, results-driven Ability to time manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks Accountable for work performed and strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure Strong problem solving and technical skills Ability to work both days and afternoons Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience with operating overhead crane is preferred.
