This is an opportunity for a skilled coordinator and relationship builder to partner with academic and professional colleagues across the university. You'll guide accreditation activities, provide specialist advice on curriculum processes and policies, and help maintain the systems and governance frameworks that support high-quality educational offerings. For more information, please visit us online: Centre for Learning and Teaching [https://www.unisc.edu.au/about/learning-and-teaching-at-unisc/centre-for-learning-and-teaching] You will * Act as the primary contact for internal and external accreditation activities by building strong collaborative relationships with academic and professional leadership, central units, and external accrediting bodies; * Provide specialist policy, procedural advice to academic and professional staff to support high-quality program and course development aligned with UniSC’s curriculum design and accreditation requirements; * Maintain the accuracy, integrity and workflow of curriculum data within the University’s curriculum management system, including template updates and documentation; and * Organise and provide secretariat support for committees, including preparation and review of committee documentation, quality assurance of submissions, development of reports and efficient communication. About you You’re a highly organised professional who thrives on navigating complexity, interpreting policy and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. You combine strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to provide clear, practical advice in environments where accuracy, compliance and attention to detail are essential. You build productive relationships, balance competing priorities and identify practical solutions that improve processes and outcomes, while being motivated by the opportunity to contribute to quality education and work that has a lasting impact on students and communities. You will possess: * Knowledge and understanding of university structures and administration, including the broad range of Government and University legislation, policies and procedures associated with Accreditation and Curriculum; * Ability to contribute to and lead aspects of digital reporting including preparation of reports, proposals, electronic repositories, and academic governance submissions; * Excellent computer literacy including the ability to use Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps, as well as Curriculum Management systems; and * Adaptability to thrive in changing environments with ability to learn new processes and systems quickly and effectively.
