Program Manager — LIMS & Laboratory Digital Transformation Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid — 3 days onsite/week) Job Description Program Manager to join our team in Ottawa, Canada, leading enterprise LIMS and laboratory digital transformation programs. Responsibilities Lead enterprise LIMS and laboratory digital transformation programs Manage implementation, upgrade, validation, and optimization of laboratory platforms Coordinate between R&D, QC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and IT teams Define roadmaps, budgets, governance forums, and delivery models Ensure successful execution of laboratory automation and digital lab initiatives Drive vendor engagement and program governance across multiple geographies Monitor program health, risks, compliance requirements, and value realization Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology programs 7+ years leading LIMS or laboratory informatics initiatives Experience with platforms such as LabVantage, LabWare, STARLIMS, SampleManager, or equivalent Knowledge of laboratory workflows, sample management, and regulated environments Strong experience in program financial management and executive stakeholder reporting Proven ability to manage multi-vendor global programs Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred) Nice to Have Knowledge of ELN, SDMS, CDS, and lab automation platforms CSV (Computer System Validation) experience PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications Travel: Up to 20%
