Job summary

Program Manager — Quality Management & Compliance Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid — 3 days onsite/week) Program Manager to join our team in Ottawa, Canada, leading portfolio and program delivery for Quality Management and Compliance platforms. Responsibilities Lead portfolio and program delivery for Quality Management and Compliance platforms Manage enterprise initiatives involving QMS, CAPA, Audit, Validation, Training, and Regulatory Compliance systems Coordinate with Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Technology teams Drive program governance, vendor management, financial tracking, and issue resolution Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, EMA, and global regulatory requirements Support audit readiness and system validation initiatives Report program status and strategic updates to executive leadership Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of technology program management experience 7+ years leading regulated quality/compliance technology programs Experience with platforms such as Veeva Vault Quality, TrackWise, MasterControl, Sparta Systems, or equivalent Strong understanding of GxP, CSV, validation, and regulatory frameworks Experience managing global project teams and third-party vendors Proven governance and stakeholder management expertise Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Nice to Have RAC, PMP, PgMP certifications Experience with Digital Quality transformation programs Background within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device organizations

Requirements

Requires over 12 years of technology program management experience, with at least 7 years in regulated quality/compliance environments. A bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
