Coordinate processes and projects across the individual donor journey, including donor research, communications, gift tracking, CRM maintenance, reporting, and stewardship. Respond to donor and staff inquiries, prepare donor materials and meeting packages, support events, and maintain accurate records in accordance with data governance and privacy practices.

Conduct and coordinate social and systems-change research and evaluation projects, including research design, data collection and analysis, reporting, and sharing findings. Advise colleagues, support partnerships and policy dialogue, and contribute research and evaluation insights to United Way’s strategic priorities.
