United Way Peterborough & District is looking for a relationship-focused, motivated, and community-minded Campaign Officer to join our fundraising team. Reporting to the Campaign Associate, the Campaign Officer plays a front-line role supporting our annual campaign and building relationships with workplaces, businesses, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners across Peterborough City and County. Key areas of responsibility include: • Workplace and corporate giving • Individual donor engagement and stewardship • Sponsorships and corporate partnerships • Fundraising events and community initiatives • Campaign presentations and community engagement • Campaign Cabinet and volunteer support • Relationship management, campaign data, and reporting We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting people with opportunities to make an impact, and turning strong community partnerships into meaningful fundraising results. The ideal candidate will bring experience in fundraising, business development, sales, account management, community engagement, or a related field, along with strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-management skills. Location: Peterborough, Ontario, with regular travel throughout Peterborough and surrounding communities Position: Full-time, 1.0 FTE Salary: $55,000–$60,000 Extended health benefits, matched RRSP contributions, paid vacation and sick days, holiday office closure, and half-day Fridays in July and August.
