As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-site deployments of structured cabling, paging, and voice/data infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in low voltage environments, particularly across retail and distribution centre settings, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume rollout environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of structured cabling and low voltage projects across multiple sites (retail stores and distribution centres) Manage concurrent rollouts with standardized scopes and aggressive timelines Ensure all work aligns with project scope, technical drawings, and client requirements Act as the primary liaison between clients, site management, and general contractors Coordinate internal teams (Project Managers, field technicians) and external subcontractors Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multi-site deployments Provide clear and consistent reporting on project status, risks, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate site access requirements, including after-hours work and site-specific protocols Align material delivery, labour resources, and site readiness to avoid delays Ensure installations meet Unity standards, client expectations, and industry requirements (TIA/BICSI) Review site surveys, validate scope, and confirm readiness prior to project launch Oversee testing, certification, and project closeout documentation Monitor budgets, labour utilization, and material costs Support quote validation based on site conditions and evolving scope requirements Optimize resource allocation across multiple active projects Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact timelines or deliverables Troubleshoot field and coordination issues, including basic network and cabling concerns Escalate critical issues proactively to maintain project momentum Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality Collaborate cross-functionally to support successful project execution Qualifications Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion Hands-on experience in structured cabling and low voltage environments Experience in retail and/or distribution centre deployments is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and competing priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal) Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Why Join Unity?
