We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions, managing the execution of software implementations, core system migrations, and data exchange integrations. What You Will Do Lead Project Delivery: Drive the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects with a focus on employee benefits portals, automated enrollment workflows, and billing systems. Manage White-Label Platforms: Oversee the configuration and deployment of white-label software solutions for clients. You will balance tenant-specific configurations (branding, UI, and workflows) with core product scalability to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and brand consistency. Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with product owners and software engineering teams to align timelines and scope. You excel at translating complex technical jargon into clear, actionable project requirements. Navigate Methodologies: Maintain clear project roadmaps, run sprint cycles, track dependencies, and manage budgets using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet. Uphold Compliance: Ensure all software deployments, data exchanges (such as HIPAA/EDI transactions), and architecture alignments satisfy stringent regulatory and healthcare standards. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product owners, and software engineering teams to align timelines and scope. . Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable project requirements. What You Bring Proven Domain Expertise: Strong experience managing IT projects within the insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits administration space. Strong Leadership: A background in guiding development teams through both Agile and Waterfall environments. Technical Savvy: Comfort navigating multi-tenant architecture alignments and data exchange integrations.
