Lead an innovative research program on education and the development of minority Francophone communities, including issues such as educational leadership, pedagogical and organizational innovation, and education and language policies. Teach in the Department of Education, recruit postdoctoral researchers, train emerging researchers, and build interdisciplinary and community partnerships.
