Description The Department of Psychology invites applications for Sessional Instructors to teach the following courses: Fall 2026 (Monday, August 24, 2026 - Thursday, December 24, 2026) Courses of Instruction: PSY C 203 - LEC 03 - Psychology for Everyday Life: (Web-Based Instruction) Position Requirements: PhD in Psychology Experience teaching undergraduate courses at a university level Experience with dual credit course offerings with High School Divisions. Course Dates: September 14 to December 18, 2026 For course descriptions, please refer to https://calendar.ucalgary.ca/courses Please note that the courses are tentative, pending sufficient enrollments. For salary information, please refer to TUCFA's Collective Agreement, Schedule B. As per the Collective Agreement, the Faculty of Arts adheres to the right of first refusal terms (Section 23.12.1 and 23.12.2) for Sessional Appointments. The instructor will teach the Psychology for Everyday Life course via web-based instruction for the Fall 2026 term. Responsibilities include delivering undergraduate psychology content and managing dual credit offerings with high school divisions.

Candidates must possess a PhD in Psychology and have experience teaching undergraduate courses at a university level. Experience with dual credit course offerings for high school students is also required.
