The Project Manager oversees the design and construction delivery of facility renewals and infrastructure projects, including budgeting and scheduling. They coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants to ensure compliance with University standards and regulatory codes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering with a professional license (OAA, P.Eng, or C.E.T) and at least four years of experience managing complex construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software is required, while a PMP designation is considered an asset.
