Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster growth and stability. Oversee full-cycle accounting and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead budgeting efforts by preparing detailed financial forecasts, monitoring variances, and recommending corrective actions. Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage investment activities, evaluating opportunities for business development and expansion while maintaining prudent risk controls. Provide leadership to finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, offering insights on financial implications and investment opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in corporate finance, financial services, or related fields with a strong background in accounting principles. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Expertise in budgeting, cost management, risk analysis, and risk management practices. Proficiency in account reconciliation, bookkeeping software, and financial management tools. Strong understanding of investment strategies and business development processes. Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; Advanced certification such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
