Team members are supported with clear processes and expectations to deliver consistent, exceptional results. Role Description This is a Part/Full-time, on-site Cleaner role based in Kelowna, BC. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in commercial spaces, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Daily tasks include cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas, restocking supplies, and properly handling cleaning equipment and materials. The role also involves following safety protocols, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company standards. The Cleaner works as part of a team and may adjust tasks based on client schedules and specific site requirements. Qualifications Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, garbage removal, and surface disinfection. Knowledge of basic cleaning products, proper use of equipment, and safe handling of chemicals and materials. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow checklists and cleaning schedules. Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in commercial settings. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry cleaning equipment for extended periods. Basic communication skills to understand instructions, follow safety guidelines, and interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is an asset but not required; on-the-job training may be provided. Availability for full-time on-site work in Kelowna, BC, and eligibility to work in Canada.
