Visit https://upperclass.app Role Description The UpperClass Creator Program Manager (Per Project) is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing content projects with student creators from kickoff through delivery. This role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of student creators, and provides clear briefs, guidelines, and feedback to ensure content aligns with institutional goals and brand standards. The Program Manager tracks project milestones, manages communication with university stakeholders, and organizes content review and approval workflows. Typical tasks include monitoring production timelines, facilitating revisions, compiling performance insights, and ensuring that final assets are ready for distribution across program pages, partner networks, and social channels. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine processes, report on project outcomes, and maintain high-quality, authentic student storytelling. Qualifications Program and project coordination skills, including scheduling, workflow management, and meeting deadlines in a per-project environment. Experience working with content creators or student ambassadors, with the ability to give clear guidance and constructive feedback. Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with university stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with social media platforms and short-form content formats (video and written stories) used in student recruitment and marketing. Comfort using remote collaboration tools, CRMs (e.g., Slate, Salesforce) or similar systems, and basic documentation and reporting tools. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client needs. Prior experience in higher education, student recruitment, or creator management is beneficial. Relevant education or training in communications, marketing, media, or project management is an advantage.
