You will directly own UA channel operations and performance for key channels in Upptic portfolio that may include Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search, AppLovin, Unity and others. What you’d be doing: Own performance of key performance marketing channels for your segment of a $100M+ annual UA portfolio Execute campaigns across various ad platforms including Facebook, Unity, ironSource, Applovin, Google, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat and TikTok Optimize and analyze campaign results to maximize campaign ROI Conduct data analysis and leverage data visualization tools to measure effectiveness, drive efficiency, and develop impactful insights across the organization Work cross functionally with our UA Strategy Leads, Creative Team, Software Team and game developers to maximize UA outcomes. Work Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in paid User Acquisition for mobile apps marketing with an understanding of app store optimization Passion for video games a must Experience in working with $100K+ Monthly budgets Demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals and drive post-app install metrics Proficiency in Excel, Google sheets to perform fundamental analysis Skilled in data synthesis and developing narratives to communicate results Kind, collaborative, and self-motivated with a stellar work ethic Experience with attritbution providers such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular and Gamesight
