Job Description: Job Summary This position enters data for shipments. This position communicates effectively, solves intermediate level problems, assists with basic research, and demonstrates time management skills. This position performs various other tasks as assigned. Job-Type: Part-Time | Permanent Location: 11995 CARGO ROAD D MIRABEL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Work schedule: Monday to Friday | Approximately 4 hours per-shift* *Flexibility is required as shift start times may vary significantly according to operational requirements. While shifts are typically 4 hours in duration, exact start times are determined based on business needs. Compensation: $18.15/hr. Responsibilities: Performs general office duties (e.g., answers telephone, completes data entry, filing, etc.). Prepares reports/presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel. Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution. Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision The successful candidate must be bilingual and must be able to speak, read, and understand English. Minimum of six months' office support experience - Preferred Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Accurate and rapid data entry Ability to reliably commute to Mirabel International Airport. Due to the airport location and limited public transportation access, access to reliable personal transportation is considered a strong asset. Training Requirement: The successful candidate must be available to attend a mandatory comprehensive training program during their first five days of employment. Training sessions will be approximately 8 hours per day and are required prior to transitioning to the regular part-time work schedule.
