Job Description: This bilingual (French/English) position support raters and team lead in routine administrative and operational tasks. Enter data into customer files and collect, prepare, and distribute required documentation. Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent / Hybrid Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week) Shift Hours: 2.30 PM to 10.30 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week) Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time) Work Location: 1930 DERRY ROAD EAST MISSISSAUGA, ON L5S 1E2 Key Responsibilities and Duties * Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, including information gathering, document preparation, photocopying, faxing, and file organization. * Perform data entry and document scanning activities. * Complete the initial review of B3 customer files and open LVS records as required. * Support raters with general office duties, including reports, forms, claims, and related documentation. * Answer and route phone calls from partners and other offices. * Operate the scanning station and maintain document imaging processes. Requirements * 6 months of previous administrative experience – Required * Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) – Required (regular interactions with clients inside Quebec – 50%) * Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office) – Required * Bachelor's degree or international equivalent – Preferred * Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy * Fast learn and adapt skills to different systems * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Expenses/Working Conditions * Adhere to the company’s Appearance Guidelines.
