Coordinate with shipper to confirm cargo readiness and obtain shipment detail. Handle booking process upon receipt of SO and communicate with carriers to secure space and sailing schedules in accordance with routing guide. Release booking confirmation to shipper and work with the CFS warehouse to ensure smooth operation. Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions and VGM to carriers; issue HBL/FCR to shippers. Ensure ISF/AMS filing and related data entry (CW1/OW) are completed accurately and on time Request and audit shipping documents carefully to prevent clearance delays at destination. Track & trace shipments and update if any delays. Review billing details to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team. Work Experience / Education University Graduation in related field. Having experience (1-2 years) in freight forwarding.
