Job Description: Job Summary This position is responsible for loading, unloading of trailers/package cars/pallets, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages into warehouse environment. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods. Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars. Scan packages with attention to scanner codes to determine status of package. Sort packages per postal code. Determine status of package and move to proper areas. Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs. Ability to read and memorize postal codes Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week Warehouse experience - Preferred Two separate sorts hours available: 1st available Sunday 11am start (3-5 hours) Mon-Thursday 2pm start (3-5 hours) 2nd available Mon-Fri 2pm start (3-5 hours) UPS is a diverse and equal opportunity employer.
