About The Role As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you’ll bring technical drawings to life - cutting, shaping, and assembling custom metal components for our innovative energy products. You’ll work with a variety of tools and technologies, from light metalworking machinery to advanced laser and plasma cutting equipment. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment and enjoys seeing their work make a real impact. What You’ll Do Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Lay out, measure, and mark materials with accuracy and attention to detail. Operate fabrication equipment including shears, brakes, punches, and drill presses. Perform precision cutting using computerized laser or plasma systems. Fit, join, and finish sheet metal components to create complete assemblies. Ensure all products meet quality standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with welding, electrical, and production teams to support project flow. Assist with general shop upkeep and material handling. What You Bring Experience in oilfield fabrication or related metalwork is an asset. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with fabrication equipment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Valid safety tickets for fieldwork (or willingness to obtain). A strong work ethic and dedication to teamwork and safety.
