Qualifications and Attributes: 3-6 years of post-call experience in Commercial Real Estate from a reputable Canadian law firm; a combination of in-house and private practice experience will be considered. Demonstrated expertise in the purchase and sale of investment properties across all asset classes, catering to a diverse spectrum of regional and national investors. Knowledge of development approvals and complex subdivisions for various commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Experience in leasing within the retail, office, and industrial sectors.
