Job summary

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 days remote) Duration: 12 Months (Extension & Conversion Possible) Position Summary The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions that improve business processes, enable automation, and enhance decision-making. The role combines software engineering, machine learning, and data engineering expertise to build enterprise-grade AI applications in production environments. Key Responsibilities Design and build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including: Data peprocessing Feature engineering Model validation Deployment Fine-tune Large Language Model (LLM) applications using frameworks such as: LangChain LangSmith OpenAI APIs Deploy production-ready models using CI/CD pipelines Build scalable APIs and microservices for real-time model serving Implement monitoring for: Model drift Performance Reliability Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to define data requirements Work with structured and unstructured datasets using: Python SQL Spark Pandas Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and technologies Prototype new AI solutions and conduct proof-of-concept experiments Stay current with advancements in: Large Language Models Vector embeddings Multimodal AI Model optimization techniques Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions Collaborate with Cloud Engineering and DevOps teams for scalable deployments Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences Must have Skills: Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow). Experience with LLMs, NLP, or deep learning. Strong knowledge of MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and model deployment. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices. SOFT SKILLS: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong time management Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable Strong documentation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Nice to have: Banking or financial institution experience Agile experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
