Duration: 5 Months (Extension/ Conversion) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Core Business Hours – 37.5 Hours per Week (7.5 Hours per Day) Job Description: • Our client is seeking a highly experienced QA Tester to support testing activities for new builds, enhancements, and system changes. • The role involves developing and executing test scenarios for functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing across multiple platforms. • The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables within tight timelines and complex environments. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute test scenarios for functional, system integration, and acceptance testing. • Design, create, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. • Execute manual and automated testing activities to validate application quality. • Analyze test results and provide detailed reporting and recommendations. • Define testing criteria and ensure deliverables meet documented goals and objectives. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and resolve defects. • Participate in knowledge transfer, onboarding activities, and team collaboration sessions. • Support testing for enhancements, new application builds, and ongoing system improvements. • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight delivery timelines. Experience: • Upto 5 years of experience as a QA Tester/Test Analyst. • Must have experience with software testing methodologies and best practices. • Must have knowledge of programming methodologies and concepts (Java, C++, or similar technologies). • Must have knowledge of Windows and Microsoft platforms and related concepts. • Must have working knowledge of server administration and version control software (e.g., PVCS). • Must have working to expert-level experience with testing tools such as WinRunner, Mercury QuickTest, and Mercury testing solutions. • Experience working in enterprise-level environments. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability.
