We are looking for a 12 Month Contract - intermediate software developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality native iOS applications. Education/Experience Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. 3+ Years of experience developing native iOS applications in Swift. Experience integrating with REST APIs Experience with OAuth or OIDC Experience with git Experience with Agile software development methodologies Experience with automated unit and UI testing Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices Knowledge of Core Data, SwiftUI, Swift Charts, XCTest, Swift Testing, Core Location, Core Bluetooth Knowledge of programming with C, C++ or Rust Experience building Android applications is a bonus. You will improve test coverage and contribute to collaborative code reviews. You will participate in the development of new ideas and involved in all phases of software development from Concept to Delivery. You will also participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of the software bugs. You will build apps, frameworks, and automated test suites. You will update, review and create documentation produced during the Product Development Lifecycle. Work Conditions Primarily a typical office working environment Shop exposure is required during the prototyping and testing phases Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals Work is performed in a combination of environments which require the usage of Personal Protective Equipment This position may be exposed to elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes and oils Job anxiety, tension and mental stress can occur from time to time in meeting deadlines, confrontation, interruptions, long meetings and responding to general duties Overtime as required

Requirements

Proficiency in REST APIs, Agile methodologies, and automated testing is required, along with knowledge of modern iOS frameworks.
