Location: Montreal, Quebec, Hybrid Valnet is on the lookout for a Junior Talent Acquisition Advisor to be an integral part of the recruitment process. Reporting to the Head, Human Capital, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our Montreal office. The role emphasizes building our technology, investments, and portfolio teams. Responsibilities and Duties: Source and interview candidates. Support hiring managers and fulfill talent requests. Proactively build talent and nurture pipelines for the technology and corporate teams. Conduct thorough research on new innovative ways to improve recruitment performance with an emphasis on new hire success. Utilize AI tools to ease sourcing and review processes. Publish roles on various job boards. Maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates. Work collaboratively with the wider team. Take part in organizing events with the Culture team. Additional duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements: 0-2 years in recruiting high-value roles. Bachelors in business administration or related field. Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively on a team and independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills. Proficient with data analysis. Extremely detail and results oriented.
