Lead backend engineering teams, establish technical standards, and mentor developers while remaining active in complex implementations. Requires 8-12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 6 years in AEM and 4 years in AEM Cloud Service and EDS. Must possess strong expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, and cloud-native DevOps practices.
