This is an opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You’ll have ownership of business performance, lead a sizeable team and shape the next phase of growth. The Opportunity You’ll be responsible for driving the commercial success of your business unit, bringing together sales, marketing and education to deliver sustainable growth and strong financial performance. Set and deliver the commercial strategy, identifying opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue. Lead, motivate and develop a cross-functional team of up to 50 people, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance. Use market insights, customer feedback and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform business decisions. Oversee portfolio development, pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategies. Drive new product introductions and maximise the commercial potential of existing offerings. Improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement and return on investment through practical commercial initiatives. Build trusted relationships with key customers, industry experts and strategic partners. Work collaboratively across the wider organisation to align commercial priorities and deliver business objectives. Represent the business at relevant industry events and strategic meetings. Ensure all activities meet the required regulatory, ethical and compliance standards. What We're Looking For We’re looking for a confident, energetic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine appetite to get things done. You’ll be commercially astute and strategically capable, but equally happy rolling up your sleeves and working alongside your team to overcome challenges. You’ll ideally bring: Strong commercial leadership experience within medical aesthetics, healthcare, medical devices or a related industry. Experience leading large or complex teams, with the ability to bring people together around shared objectives. A solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and the competitive landscape. Proven P&L ownership and a strong grasp of financial performance and business planning. A track record of driving revenue growth and delivering measurable commercial results. Experience contributing to product launches, portfolio development, marketing strategy or market expansion. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to turn insight into action. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-moving environment. The ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, particularly when resources are limited. A natural ability to inspire, develop and hold teams accountable while creating a positive, high-performing culture. The ideal candidate: A commercially driven, down-to-earth leader who combines ambition with action and knows how to turn business strategy into results. Need to be based in or near Toronto, Canada.
