Prepare cost estimates, interpret blueprints, and measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials and building components. Coordinate site work, instruct apprentices, supervise workers, and maintain, repair, and renovate buildings and wooden structures.

Transport construction materials; erect and dismantle forms, scaffolding, and other temporary structures; and assist with framing, roofing, grading, and demolition. Clean construction sites, maintain equipment, manage debris and spills, direct traffic, and coordinate work with a supervisor.
