Reporting to the Director of Sales, Corporate Stores, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the following key duties: Develop sales growth strategies for the assigned territory by monitoring competitors, analyzing the local market, and implementing the necessary tools to achieve sales objectives; Stay informed about market and competitive developments, product line changes, and new technologies; Develop new business opportunities and customers to increase sales across the network; Work closely with Head Office to promote and coordinate activities for stores within the assigned territory; Analyze territory activities based on products and customers and implement appropriate actions based on the results of these analyses; Build and maintain up-to-date customer profiles using the CRM, including services offered, number of employees, and other relevant information; Build strong business relationships with Store Managers and coordinate activities and events within the territory, such as training clinics; Communicate information in accordance with the company’s philosophy, communication plans, operational requirements, administrative policies, and other initiatives designed to support sales growth within the assigned territory; Contribute to the development of banners, key accounts, and marketing programs; Analyze and respond to various customer needs, including complaint management; Represent the company within regional organizations and participate in employment-related events to promote the company’s image; Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Regional Sales Manager, demonstrating the ability to achieve success in the automotive industry; Completed DEP; Strong communication and influencing skills; French and English bilingualism is an asset, but fluency in French is essential; Comfortable working with computer systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Must possess a valid driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle.
