Main Responsibilities Maximize sales by directing team members, including Parts Specialists, in a manner that provides walk-in customers with prompt, courteous, and professional service. Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent the company in accordance with company policies. Keeping existing customers, increase sales volume within assigned accounts, assess customer needs to gain market share, and solicit stocking programs, daily requirements, and equipment sales. Supervise the work performed by all team members. Work collaboratively with the District Manager in recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and terminating team members under his/her supervision. Partner with the Sales and Pricing Departments to establish appropriate pricing levels for installers and walk-in customers. Maximize gross profit on outside purchases. Monitor noncompetitive price overrides and price matches to ensure policy compliance and overall profitability. Schedule appropriate staffing levels to ensure optimal customer service and profitability. Review and approve team members’ hours daily. Work directly with the assistant management team to ensure all team members receive proper training in all areas. Complete team member performance evaluations. Ensure the store is organized and operating in accordance with all company policies and procedures. Communicate consistently via email, notes, worksheets, and other tools to support efficient operations. Provide the Inventory Control Department with accurate and timely stock adjustment reports. Implement all planogram changes and merchandising plans as outlined on the To-Do List. Requirements
