Veterinary Reception, Client Care Location: North Vancouver, BC. Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience and skill. Schedule: May include some evenings (12 pm - 8 pm) and occasional Saturdays. Minimum 2 Years' Experience. Lynn Valley Animal Hospital is currently welcoming an experienced Veterinary Reception, Client Care to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated! Previous veterinary/reception experience. A confident and positive team player who can motivate others and embrace change. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Provide excellent client service, manage appointments, phone calls, emails, admissions/discharges, estimates, invoicing, and payments. Support the Hospital Manager with AR, data tracking, inventory, ordering, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Train and support reception and assistant staff on CSR-related processes and procedures. Help develop and maintain SOPs and turn new management information into clear, practical guidance for the team. Help introduce new programs and initiatives by creating enthusiasm and encouraging team engagement. Support team celebrations and help maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere in reception.
