Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator & Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining an automated woodworking processing division. Responsibilities Overseeing an automated Homag sheet storage system Overseeing an automated Homag nested-based CNC router Operating a Homag dowel machine Operating a Homag edgebander Programming remake parts and basic shop parts Conduct regular quality control checks on completed work Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of materials. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues promptly. Operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the manufacturing area. Collaborate with team members on projects, assembly, or machining tasks to meet production deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC operator and programmer Knowledge in CNC programming using CAD/CAM software such as WoodWop, CabinetVision and S2M is preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within a manufacturing environment. Self-Motivated, organized, punctual, and self-driven Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
