Associate Product Manager Department: Product Management Employment Type: Full Time Location: Canada - Remote (0002) Description This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working remotely. Preference will be given to candidates located in the GTA who are able to attend the Toronto office approximately two days per month. We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Product Team and work closely with software engineers, designers and architects to build new and exciting products and features. These additions will help revolutionize how companies work with their data and files by leveraging Vena as a platform. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with EPM/FP&A software and a strong interest in applying that domain knowledge to shape products that solve real customer problems. How You'll Make an Impact Work cross-functionally to continually evolve our product strategy, vision and objectives Own and prioritize the backlog for the product portfolio to execute on product initiatives and achieve our product strategy Find and apply data insights about prospects, customers, competitors, analysts, and commercial activities to validate hypotheses, set KPIs, and inform our decisions Conduct research through customer interviews and assessing the competitive landscape Collaborate with designers, developers and stakeholders from across the business to run experiments, analyze data, and drive outcome-focused results through the product Develop hypotheses and seek user validation to ensure that we are building the right products and features for our customers We'd Love to See Experience working with EPM or FP&A software in a Professional Services, Consulting, Product Ops or similar role; Vena knowledge is strongly preferred You are an excellent communicator and are collaborative, diligent and open in your working style You are curious and passionate about customers and how to introduce products to help solve the problems they face Technically savvy with a desire to know the details of how something is built You’re familiar with quantitative research methods and finding patterns and insights in the data You’re familiar with agile software development and have worked in a SaaS company before The base salary range for this role is $90,950 - 123,050 CAD. *Our salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations. Your individual pay within this range is influenced by factors like work location, skills, experience and education. As you progress in your role, your compensation may adapt, offering flexibility for growth beyond initial levels.
