As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work with People Partners, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to: Execute the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with Vendasta’s Hiring Framework. Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and niche platforms. Maintain and grow a talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs. Drive candidate equity and fairness in line with Vendasta’s inclusive hiring principles. Conduct due diligence including references, background checks, and legal compliance checks. Represent Vendasta’s unique value proposition confidently by understanding our platform, culture, and mission. Represent Vendasta at career fairs, networking events, and community engagement opportunities. Contribute to a world-class candidate experience through timely communication, hospitality, and feedback. Support pre-boarding efforts to promote early engagement and a seamless new hire transition. Stay informed on SaaS industry hiring trends, labor law updates, and recruitment best practices. Use Vendasta-approved AI tools and workflows to improve sourcing, screening, and scheduling efficiency. Track and interpret hiring KPIs to adjust sourcing and engagement tactics accordingly. You bring Degree or diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience Strong communication and organizational skills, A proven ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders and candidates.
