What you’ll be doing Driving the creation of exceptional products and user experiences by blending business insight, creative product thinking, and technical know-how. Play a key role in shaping the roadmap and future of the product, providing strong direction and input across product and design decisions. Empowering thousands of companies on Venn to better manage their finances by expanding and enhancing our core product capabilities. Using data, experimentation, and real customer feedback to continuously refine and evolve the product. Working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Shaping the overall vision, strategy, and operational processes that will scale product management as Venn grows. What we’re looking for 4+ years of product management experience, successfully taking technical products from concept to launch. Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of how to use data and experimentation to drive decisions. Experience navigating complex trade-offs and prioritizing effectively in fast-moving environments. Skilled at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and large cross-functional teams. Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and speaking. Bonus Points Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup. Experience at a fintech.
