We are hiring a Project Manager to lead a landmark wind energy project and join RDI's growing team in Halifax, NS. The Opportunity Reporting to the Vice President of Construction and Operations, the Project Manager will begin by leading execution of the Mersey River Wind Project — located near White Point, Nova Scotia and will continue with Roswall's broader pipeline of projects as the company grows. This is a vital member of the project team — engaged in everything from day-to-day field coordination to budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and change orders. Roswall takes a hands-on approach to all their projects, and the ideal candidate will thrive working alongside their construction teams and expect to be based at the project site most of the work week, with longer days during critical construction phases. What You Will Be Doing Act as the on-site Project Manager for the Mersey River Wind Project and, over time, future Roswall developments. Oversee the construction and execution of utility-scale wind (and solar) energy projects. Coordinate detailed project design in collaboration with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders. Manage and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, with a strong sense of fiscal responsibility. Lead project execution planning, including project phasing, installation requirements, constructability, and cost optimization. Develop, monitor, and communicate project schedules, milestones, and progress to key stakeholders. Own the day-to-day financial and administrative mechanics of the project — purchase orders, invoicing, and change orders. Support the oversight and coordination of suppliers, contractors, and trades throughout construction and execution. Identify opportunities to optimize project technical performance, cost, schedule, and overall financial outcomes. Support community and public engagement activities related to project development and construction. Support the preparation, negotiation, and execution of key project contracts and purchase orders required for successful project delivery. What You Bring to Our Team 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors. Experience supporting or delivering utility-scale wind energy projects strongly preferred; solar or other large-scale renewable/infrastructure experience also considered. Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. A P.Eng. (civil) is an asset but not a requirement — equivalent, demonstrated experience delivering utility-scale wind and/or solar projects will also be strongly considered. A genuine, hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" mindset — comfortable being the person on-site solving problems in real time, not managing from a distance. Willingness and ability to be on-site at the Mersey River project (near White Point) most of the work week, including extended hours during critical construction phases. Strong understanding of construction finances — budgets, POs, invoicing, and change orders — and the judgment to keep a large-scale project fiscally on track. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across a range of internal and external stakeholders, including up to 220 on-site personnel at peak. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Ability and willingness to travel to project sites, both locally and internationally, as required to maintain strong project visibility and oversight. A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think beyond traditional approaches and solve complex project challenges. Requirements

Candidates need 10+ years of project management experience in energy or construction, preferably with utility-scale wind or solar projects. A degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required, and a P.Eng. (civil) is considered an asset.
