You’ll help lead our branch operations, support and motivate the team, create great client experiences, and jump in wherever you’re needed to keep things moving. What You’ll Do Lead the branch: Keep daily operations running smoothly, safely and efficiently. Champion the client: Create helpful, welcoming experiences. Support your team: Lead by example and help create a positive, collaborative environment. Keep things moving: Ensure shipments are processed accurately, efficiently. Jump in: Support freight handling other branch needs. Make things better: Look for opportunities to improve how we work and serve our clients. Qualifications What You Bring 2+ years of retail, branch or customer service experience Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills A genuine passion for helping people A positive, proactive “let’s figure it out” attitude Computer and administrative skills Fluency in English and French Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Class 1 safety shoes required Additional Information Total Rewards and Compensation: Hourly Wage: Starting $19.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour. Employer paid Group Benefits (Health, Dental and Vision; 80% coverage). After 3 months. Annual Year-End Bonus. Two weeks paid vacation Birthday leave (Paid) A rich GRSP plan eligibility after 3 months of employment This is a Permanent Full-Time position. Some travel within Toronto/GTA may be required.
