The specialist will troubleshoot manufacturing issues, support equipment setup, and maintain process documentation. They will also participate in continuous improvement activities and assist in the development of new fixtures and tools.

Job details

Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. Support equipment setup, process checks, and routine adjustments. Help maintain accurate work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation. Provide on‑floor support to operators and technicians as needed. Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S, waste reduction, and workflow optimization. Collect production data, perform simple analyses and prepare reports Developing new fixtures, jigs and tools. Support engineering projects by completing assigned tasks such as data gathering, documentation updates, and basic validation activities. Prepare materials for new product introductions and / or engineering changes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of improvements. Occasional travel of up to 10% is required to support activities at other company sites, customer locations, or off-site facilities as part of the responsibilities of this role.
