MAINFRAME BUSINESS ANALYST

Role Summary “5–7-year BA experience. This is a senior BA role and is expected to lead and facilitate conversations between technology/vendors, business , various stakeholders and team members. Lead, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the lifecycle of an initiative in alignment with the business needs and strategies. Excellent communication skills. Experience with Confluence, Jira, client Agile methodologies, and ability to quickly learn client Scaled Agile Framework. Can backup Product Pod Owners including Program Increment Planning and Quarterly Business Review. Contribute to Sprint goals and velocity targets. Knowledge of TS2 is an asset. Knowledge of Credit Card architecture is an asset.
