Support pre-sales activities and customer reviews, relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering, coordinate cross-time-zone coverage, and participate in the on-call rotation.

Serve as the first technical contact for customers and diagnose production issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, Flink jobs, connectors, and SQL.
