Job summary
Job Title: Stock Keeper Location: Saint-Antonin, Quebec, CA Position Type: Full-Time Job Family: Supply Chain and Logistics About the Role Responsible for the physical and systematic movement of equipment, materials, tools, products, and overall inventory management. Utilises ERP systems and company resources while supporting all Supply Chain responsibilities at the site level. Key Responsibilities Process all paperwork related to site inventory management. Conduct tool and inventory cycle counts in accordance with company policy. Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to established procedures. Fill requisitions, work orders, and material requests from the warehouse. Record weights and counts of materials for distribution while ensuring compliance with company standards. Support tool control processes, including tool returns and calibration activities. Manage shipping and receiving activities, including priority orders. Inspect, weigh, load, document, and transport hazardous materials and waste in accordance with company policy. Validate material consumption and order accuracy. Provide inventory practice training to current and new employees. Complete additional projects and tasks assigned by the Site Manager. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1-3 years of related warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material handling experience. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ERP system experience such as SAP or Oracle is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to obtain Vestas forklift certification and operate material handling equipment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Experience working with hazardous materials is an asset. Knowledge of Kanban fulfilment practices is preferred. Sign-On Bonus $3,300 CAD Sign-On Bonus Available.
