This involves greeting and checking-in clients in a friendly and warm manner; receiving incoming calls from current and prospective clients utilizing a courteous and caring approach. This person will appropriately screen calls, book appointments, take detailed messages as well as provide knowledgeable non-medical information to clients. Responsibilities also include performing a variety of administrative office tasks, including mail (receiving, sorting, distributing, posting), drafting memos and other correspondence, completing reports and other ad-hoc document requests.
