Oversee the daily operations of the inpatient ward and ensure high-quality clinical care for all patients. Lead the ward nursing team, manage clinical notes, and coordinate communication between the day, night, and reception teams.

The role combines clinical nursing and triage with front-of-house reception support and client communication. Responsibilities include managing prescriptions, discussing care plans with owners, and coordinating deceased patient arrangements.
