VetStrategy is seeking a Practice Manager to join our growing network of clinics across Pembroke, Ontario. Please note this is an opportunity for future opportunities within our network. What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire clinical and support teams across one or more practices Drive accountability and performance through coaching, feedback, and talent development Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and facility management Manage budgets, drive revenue, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving strategies Foster strong client relationships and ensure a consistent, compassionate experience Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and health & safety standards Champion local marketing and community outreach initiatives Implement strategic initiatives to support growth and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or veterinary services Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills Financial acumen and comfort with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dayforce) A passion for client service and team development Diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
