Overview We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused sales professional to support the growth of our infrastructure business across Northern Alberta, with a focus on water and wastewater projects. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your territory—building strong partnerships with consultants, municipalities, contractors, and owners, while working closely with our distributor network. You’ll play a key role in identifying project opportunities early, influencing specifications, and positioning Victaulic as the preferred solution on critical infrastructure projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building long-term relationships, and turning technical solutions into real business impact. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and grow infrastructure business across Northern Alberta Build and maintain a strong project pipeline, from early design through to completion Develop relationships with consulting engineers, municipalities, owners, and contractors Influence specifications and drive adoption of Victaulic solutions early in the project lifecycle Create and deliver value-driven presentations that highlight efficiency, cost savings, and long-term benefits Partner with distributors and internal teams to successfully execute projects Provide technical support and training to both office and field stakeholders Develop strategic account plans and identify new growth opportunities Keep accurate records of projects, forecasts, and territory activity What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of outside sales experience in construction, infrastructure, or a related field Experience working with municipalities, consultants, or industrial contractors is a strong asset Strong understanding of value-based selling Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to simplify technical concepts Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a large territory Willingness to travel regularly Professional, relationship-first approach with customers and internal teams Post-secondary education preferred Why Join Us?
