YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE We're looking for a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta on our afternoon shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, inventory, and customer orders move efficiently throughout our operation. The successful candidate will support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy, safety, and attention to detail. What You’ll Build & Own Safely operate company equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly. Transfer materials efficiently between departments and maintain inventory accuracy. Perform shipping and receiving activities, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and related documentation. Support inventory transfers, transactions, and cycle counting activities. Coordinate with team members to communicate material and inventory requirements. Utilize warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools. Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control initiatives. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support warehouse operations and special projects as assigned. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on collaboration and accountability. What You Bring Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience. Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. What Sets You Apart Experience operating counterbalance, stand-up, Bendi, or similar lift trucks. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience performing cycle counts and inventory control functions. Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation processes. Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives. Willingness to learn new equipment and systems through company-provided training.
