Level up your career as a: Manager, Marketing Responsibilities “The World needs more of who you were made to be.” – Joanna Gaines · Develop and execute the marketing strategy in alignment with company growth objectives, target markets, and sales priorities, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline development and brand positioning. · Lead all sales enablement and marketing collateral development, including brochures, presentations, case studies, proposal support materials, and technical content that clearly communicates value propositions and supports the sales process. · Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, marketing automation, and analytics to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion. · Plan and execute trade shows and industry events, including strategy, logistics, messaging, and post-event follow-up to maximize lead generation, brand visibility, and return on investment. · Oversee brand, creative, and social media presence to ensure consistent messaging, strong visual identity, and effective communication across all channels to enhance market reputation and customer engagement. · Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. · Demonstrate safety leadership under Vidir’s Risk Management System and represent the Core Values of Vidir Solutions Inc. in all workplace interactions. Qualifications Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. · Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within industrial, technical, manufacturing, or engineer-to-order environments. · Minimum of 3–5+ years in a marketing leadership or management role. · Preferred 7–10+ years of marketing experience, particularly within industrial, technical, manufacturing, or engineer-to-order environments. Knowledge and Skills · Digital marketing certification would be considered an asset. · Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce, LeadFeeder, HubSpot, or similar platforms. · Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and marketing/content platforms. · Experience in B2B marketing, capital equipment, or solution-based selling environments is strongly preferred. · Proven experience driving cross-functional projects forward and collaborating effectively with sales, engineering, HR, and other internal stakeholders. · Demonstrated ability to lead content development and communicate compelling value propositions for technical products and solutions. Requirements

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial environments. Leadership experience in marketing roles is also required, with a preference for candidates having 7-10 years of overall marketing experience.
