The engineer will coordinate and analyze projects related to building mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration. They are responsible for sealing plans and specifications while acting as the technical liaison between the city and contractors. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. A minimum of six years of relevant experience in project development, energy efficiency, and building construction is required.
