Supervise the mechanical shop team and assign, prioritize, and oversee maintenance work for a varied fleet of vehicles and equipment. Ensure preventive maintenance, quality, regulatory and safety compliance, while supporting parts procurement, budgeting, staff development, and fleet needs assessment.

Conduct surveys, tests, inspections, analyses, and calculations to support electrical distribution and outdoor lighting projects, including selecting equipment and preparing construction cost estimates. Develop project designs, draft specifications and contractual documents, prepare requests for quotes, and participate in project planning, coordination, control, and supervision.
