You will elevate Visier’s employer brand, pioneer strategic sourcing plans for critical skills, and evolve the TA function into a deeply trusted and strategic partner to our business. By leading a team of internal recruiters, RPO vendors, and agency partners, you will deliver this mandate as a player-coach, leading others while also setting the standard by leading high impact searches yourself. WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER: * Strategic Talent Pipelining & Nurture Lists: Build and sustain proactive nurture lists and talent pipelines for critical skillsets, delivering high quality hires while reducing time-to-fill. * Employer Brand Ownership: Elevate and own our employer value proposition in the market, attracting candidates who raise the bar while aligning to our core values and culture. * Strategic Hiring Partner Enablement: Transform the TA function into a strategic advisor by coaching and enabling hiring teams to effectively identify, assess, and hire great talent. * Blended Team Leadership: Optimize and manage a high-performing global TA team function comprised of internal recruiters, agency partners, and RPO vendors. Select and deploy the right resource for each search and geography. * Manage critical searches: Lead by example by actively sourcing, managing, and successfully closing key searches. * Operationalize Results and Experience: Leverage a best-in-class ATS to create SOPs that make hiring efficient for you and our hiring managers while delivering a consistent and positive candidate experience. Leverage AI to augment and improve our operation while maintaining human-in-the-loop decision making on all hiring decisions. * Measure Your Impact: By using our own people analytics platform to develop pipeline health metrics, efficiency measures, and hiring quality metrics. We already have a wealth of data - you will help us leverage it to make better hiring and onboarding decisions. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE: * Education & Experience: 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within a fast-paced high-tech environment, including 3+ years in a TA leadership role. * Expert Sourcing Expertise: Deep, practical understanding of strategic talent strategies, specifically identifying key skills profiles and developing sourcing plans which create active and ongoing pipelines. * Employer Branding Vision: A proven track record of designing, owning, and executing employer brand strategies that resonate deeply with top-tier technical and go-to-market talent. * Strategic Advising & Influence: Exceptional ability to partner with senior leaders, challenging their thinking and influencing decision-making to drive better hiring outcomes. * Pipeline & Nurture Mastery: Demonstrated success in architecting sustained nurture lists and proactive pipelines for executive searches and highly specialized critical skills. * Execution Excellence: A demonstrated "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality with the ability to balance high-level strategic leadership while actively leading your own requisitions. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) and our competitive benefits package including RRSP matching and a generous personal spending account allowance and time off program.
